TRAINING
COURSE
Project Management and Project Control are capabilities which need to be developed, often with specific organisational requirements in mind. Using a combination of training and on-going coaching, Cairndene can provide Project Managers and Planners with the necessary knowledge of project management and planning techniques, along with the skills to use Primavera P6 EPPM (Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management).
Cairndene has a unique approach to training: working with our clients to develop organisational specific project controls skills, reducing their reliance on expensive external contractors. We deliver bespoke training, at the client site, using their own project data designed to enhance the quality and competence of in-house resources. Our training is further consolidated with our accreditation by Dundee Business School, The University of Abertay and the launch of a work-based MSc programme.
